Instant access to Network Experts

The SOURCIT Support Center provides you with access to network experts who can quickly respond to your network questions and get your system up and running NOW. We can resolve most network problems directly from our SOURCIT Support Center through our remote control / remote fix capabilities. If conditions require on-site service, we will come to your company and rapidly resolve the problem and restore your network.

Alerting

90% of downtime can be prevented simply by watching trends and correcting minor issues before they become problems. SOURCIT provides continual 24x7 monitoring and management of your system. When we detect an error or unusual condition we instantaneously flag it and see to it that the problem is resolved.

We set thresholds for Warning conditions and Error conditions. For example, we typically set Warning thresholds for drive space at 15% and Error thresholds at 5% free space. At the Warning mark, the system will send an email while the Error mark it will send email and send alerts to both our and your pagers.

Performance Graphing

One of the best ways to avoid system bottlenecks is to spot them before they occur. SOURCIT's graphical performance reports will provide you with that data.
